Welcome, 

We are a small business family owned and operated here in Grays Harbor County & now in Cowlitz County! We have been serving Grays Harbor & their hearing needs for the last 20 years and counting. Please stop by and see us! 

 

Terry Johnson owner and operator of Affordable Hearing and Hearing Instrument Specialist started helping people hear better in 1993 after completing his schooling from The National Institute for Hearing Instrument Studies then attending Mount Hood Community College. Terry has worked for Beltone and also Miracle Ear before opening his own practice in 2003. 
Terry was born and raised in Grays Harbor and lives in Aberdeen with his wife and raised all 4 of his children. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and now grandkids. He is an avid hunter and loves to fish. Over the course of his profession has met some wonderful people he now calls friends.

 

Keri Moonen, the newest member of the company is the daughter of Terry and Kristy Johnson (our office manager). She completed the Washington Hearing Society program in 2020 & became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2021 and is running the clinic in Longview. Marriage brought her to Cowlitz county in 2017 and she is looking forward to serving this community. She has 2 daughters and spends her free time with them, her husband and 2 dogs.
